Machine structure and operation mode
1. Components: punching host, imported high-frequency booster system, plasma cutting table, plasma torch, stand-alone rack, electric control cabinet and four-axis linkage control system
2. Operation mode: Punching and cutting function can be used alone, also a one-time completion, operate without worker. Put the plate into the table for luminous characters, fixed by pneumatic clamp, run the program automatically after the priority punching , plasma cutting process, greatly improving production efficiency.
3. Covers an area of two-thirds reduction compared to ordinary machine tools, noise, greatly reduce the demand for more processing sites.
4. All parts of the machine are equipped with emergency stop switch, emergencies at any time by emergency stop switch, the system will automatically suspend processing until the situation is completed, you can continue to run the processing program.
5. Punch host is a combination of rail and hard rail to ensure that the running speed and punching the enormous pressure generated, will not hurt rails.
6. Superior environmental adaptability, the precision parts of the machine with dust-proof device protection to adapt to a variety of harsh environments, heat components are equipped with strong wind cooling fan to prevent damage to the summer overheating components to extend the service life of equipment to reduce failure rate.
